On January 26, 2026, Broadcom sent out another round of contract non-renewal notices — this time targeting a further group of VMware Cloud Service Provider partners who, until recently, had considered themselves safe.

This is the second wave of terminations in six months, and it confirms what Broadcom has made no secret of: the partner ecosystem is being deliberately narrowed down to a small circle of large strategic providers.

A single deadline applies to all contracts: March 31, 2027.

  • Until that date, unauthorized VCSP partners may service only their existing contracts.

  • After the deadline — they will no longer be able to provide VMware services on their own infrastructure under the old model.

For any SP, data center, MSP, or telecom operator still running on VMware, what’s needed isn’t simply a platform swap, but a technically ready alternative — with proven architecture, partner-level qualification, and a track record of successful implementation.

How Nutanix Addresses This

On April 7 of this year, at the .NEXT Conference in Chicago, Nutanix officially unveiled Service Provider Central (SP Central) — positioning it explicitly as a path forward for “VMware Cloud Service Provider partners left without direction.”

For the service provider, this means:

  • A single management pane via Nutanix Central for administering all tenants on shared infrastructure

  • Automated workflows for managing multiple tenants without manual duplication of effort

  • Secure tenant isolation at the compute, storage, and networking layers, even on shared infrastructure

  • Centralized control and governance, even where tenants self-manage

For tenants (the service provider's customers), this means:

  • Their own private cloud environment within the provider’s shared infrastructure

  • Access to Prism, Nutanix’s self-service console

  • Independent management of compute resources (VMs, containers), storage, and networking (virtual disks, persistent volumes, VPCs)

  • Independent management of identity and authorization within their own environment

The fastest way to join the Nutanix program is through an aggregator. Elcore gives service providers a ready-made technical and commercial foundation: a certified team, a local contract, and vendor-confirmed partner status.

Why Start Through an Aggregator Instead of Going Direct

Elcore is the only Nutanix service-provider aggregator in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. That means access to the partner program through a partner with proven Nutanix Certified Associate and Professional expertise (Multicloud Infrastructure, Cloud Integration) and a consumption-based, pay-as-you-go licensing model.

Because the service provider operates under Elcore’s already-confirmed partner status, it skips its own certification process entirely — meaning market entry with no certification costs of its own.

Benefits of working through an aggregator:

  • Faster time-to-market

  • No need to build an in-house partner operating model

  • Lower certification and partner-program administration costs

  • Simplified licensing and billing processes

  • More resources freed up for customer acquisition and business scaling

  • Contracts and pricing structured to local market terms, in local currency

  • Billing and financial administration handled by Elcore, reducing operational load on the service provider’s team
